Okay What is the best way to get an estimate on the output? I know I should use a dmm but I don't have one or even access to one. Is it in anyway the same as a AC,DC current tester. I also can measure impedance. Is there a way to use this stuff to find out??

I doubt that you would have any problem with it being a multi channel for speakers. I also doubt that it will put out that power. I would say about half. For regular speakers it would probably fit your request but not for a sub or high power speakers.

If you want a 10" that will take 800 rms daily, you can also look into the Premier TS-W2504SPL. It will hit but takes a good tuner and setup to be a good SQ sub as well as loud. It will easily beat the @#$% out of the bahns. Don't have any idea on the SPL sub brand.
