Has anyone used one of these things to build a box with? I found one at walmart for less than 40 bucks and it seems like it would be a pretty cool tool being able to jag saw stuff as well as doing the router cutouts. Sorry I couldn't find a link on the walmart page.

6 15's in a sealed box is quite loud anyway. I like the first one if he had it all walled out and had some lights down the center.

I've seen the cabs cut in a luv and a nissan. I don't personally like the way they did it. They just cut out and put some kind of boot around it. Just didn't look right to me.

Get winisd. It will let you put in your speaker then ask if you need it ported. It will do all the figuring for you then you can just build a box that has that much air space with a port that long. I haven't seen it give the dimensions but I didn't do much but look at it for a few minutes.

I noticed the spare after I posted. I still think you should make a cap for the wires and since I didn't see the spare tire make it look like it's part of what's holding the spare up.

I like it. The sub box looks like an after thought though. I think you should carpet a piece that would sit against the box when you have the cover off the amps. With the panel on I see wires and it looks like maybe some mdf. I think it would make it look nice if you could take maybe some...
