And kenwood fits the rest of my system too haha. Yeah I have a single cab pickup, so I can't go too big behind the seats right now. I'm going with a decent system for the price at the moment til I get outta high school. Around here, there isn't much audio competition going on.

1996 GMC Sierra 1500. My current project that is almost finished.

My friend help me start this project. I put another 15 hrs of work into it to finish it. It fits 2 6x9s in the middle section and the outside sections hold two 12" subs.

This is currently what my truck sits as excluding the new SS hood. I replaced the wheels, mirrors, and a few other things. September '10

I put the roll pan on myself, but later I had my uncle bondo it on. Summer '10

My hood was repainted due to dents and scratches, I replaced the headlight set with blacked out ones, and I put a new black bumper on the front. Summer '10

I added the billet insert on the front summer of '09.

Yeah I see very few of us around anywhere. I just need help finding a mono amp with around 800W rms that has a decent price on it.

Thanks Xanthous. I did a little more research to figure out about wiring to a mono amp and all that. I'm gonna go with you experienced guys' choice. What's a good brand amp to use? I found a Lanzar VCT2010 800 watt 2-Channel but don't know if it's good.

Why do they put a max output on them then? I figured you could go above the rms and at least below the max. Yet I am still a beginner at all this so I dont know much.

I currently have two 12" Kenwood KFC-W3012 subwoofers that are single 4ohm each. They can handle 1200W max power and have a 400W rms. I want to find a seperate amp to run to each sub and can handle at least 1000W of power. Any help on choosing a good amp?
