thanks for all the kind words. 300 for everything. shipping is extra. I cut parts on cnc so cutting/assembly goes very fast. sanding/painting is the time consuming part. I am in North Georgia. on exit 137 on 85 about 50 mins north of atlanta.

I really have no problem sharing. Sanding is key... start by filling all voids this finish will show even the smallest imperfection. sand w/ 100 grit to smooth all the bondo. sand w/ 120 sand w/ 150 sand w/ 220 sand w/ 800 primer coat "black" sand w/ 800 1st coat "black" sand w/ 800...

I still have to sand and paint one more time but it looks better in person...you can see your reflection in it...

I have been building my own boxes for 6-7 years but I have started building speaker boxes to sell a couple of months ago. I have a complete millwork shop at my disposal I cut all my parts on the cnc machine. Takes me about 20 minutes to program and cut out my parts including kerfes for a kerfed...
