Sat/Com wires? What are these things that you speak of? What does that mean? I'm not familiar with that lingo. A basic google search yielded results that referred to XM/Sirius Radio. Is that what it is? So, if I understand correctly, that means these wires will enable a HU to have those...

It's weird because in the videos that I'm watching, such as this one, In the second link, he called it "the two connectors" but that was it, and what are the two connectors? Why do some stock Versas have it, but not other ones and how does this affect installation?

I'm completely clueless. That link to the amp doesn't seem to have the hook-ups that my current amp does. I've installed new HU's before, and I can splice wires and do that kinda stuff, but what about the speaker input wires and the other wires and just, argh, so many wires, I really need it...

Can you give me more details? Those pics were from the broken amp in my car now. Why would I want to go from a 4 channel to a 2 channel or a mono? Is it because my speaker level input wires make the channels meaningless? What are the wires running to my amp if its using stock speakers/wires...
