99 concorde, 19.3 ft3. trunk is huge. cabin is huge. large car. looks great.

my buddy just got a good deal on two fifteen inch orion xtr pro dual 4ohm subs. like fifty bux. what amp do you think would work well with these. i was thinking the old standby, bx1500, down to one ohm. maybe too much power cant find specs on these subs like power handling, the boxes are sealed.

how does this sound. 99 concorde. pioneer deh-6500 head unit. hifonics bxd-1500 for subs. 2 re hc 18s. hifonics 6440 four channel amp. cdt cl-61 comps in the doors, and re 8 in the cabin for midbass. need a decent way to make the eights look cool in the cabin. what do you guys think this will...

does each amp have a cap and what are those strappings. sorry kinda new to the custom install. it does look cool as hell though.

why would u say jl is not worth it, for only fifty bux. if it were any other brand and it doubled the power for only fifty more would say it wasnt worth it.

see if the shop will let you switch out amp on a trial basis. if you like the switch run with it. if not switch back.

u dont think double the power to his comps would be a noticable difference. What about a larger diamond audio comp amp. i like to keep things the same too. if it isnt a big deal why not just switch the smaller amp.
