    How do I build a box to specific specifications (Cu. Ft)?

    Build to sealed specs on one side and to ported on the other equals bandpass. So if it wants 1.09 cuft sealed and 2.5 cuft ported then thats how you build it. Never heard a bandpass box that i personally liked. Too boomy for my taste.blah

    If i build a center console from scratch for an 8"sub (not decided on driver yet) does the shape matter? Like if it is l shaped with the driver at the 90° bend will it sound bad? Looking for sq. here not overpowering bass as the driver will be pointing in between the front seats at dash.

    For a single 8" in a sealed enclusure. I will even throw in an amp for the right sub. Let me know what you got. The kickers are in a ported enclosure at about 1.5cu ft per sub.can send pics to cell or email just pm me.

    I wouldnt buy that one. I would get a pioneer avh-p3400 or avh-p4400.
