I vote that you accept the fact that he sux worse then his product, and post up everything you have and know against this guy. It's not a matter of a resolved issue anymore as much as it is about this guy/company screwing people and calling him on it.

I had the same problem on a different car-same bypass. The DEI tech told me to change the ground location on the bypass, and to make 100% sure it's tight to bare metal. If there is any differrence in the ground resistance it will act up. Dunno, car has not came back yet for me to check.

Both of mine are like that and I got them in late '05, so there not ancient old. The units I beleive are the same, they just changed the remote a little.
