anyone with any experience with mb quart subs? i'm deciding between a 15" mb quart or a 12" type r. I like the mb quart and the type r's are too common around here. Either will be run with a kicker 750.1. just wanting some opinions on the mb quarts.

well, i think that 600wrms cadence will give me all the power i need so i'm gonna stick with that. as for the sub, i'm thinking about getting a 12" MB Quart Premium ($165 on ebay). I've heard these are really nice subs and with an rms of 500 they should work well with this cadence. does...

ok... well then wouldn't the 750.1 be a better buy then the cadence? the cadence is much less expensive though... would there be much of a difference between 600 and 750wrms? also, thanks for the help so far!

is having 600wrms at 4ohms better than 750rwms at 2ohms? more ohms with high rms = better? this is probally a dumb question, so i'll apologize in advance, but i'm new to this. i'm not sure what effect different numbers of ohms have on the subs... also, sorry for not understanding your post...

i can't afford 2 type r's, plus at 4 ohms wouldn't that be 150 rms a piece? and skyline said 750 watts would just do it... i don't understand how 150 could... but it doesn't matter, 2 type r's is far out of my budget.

hmm.. how about the ZX750.1? they have them for $190 on ebay... i would then have to get a 15" mb quart to stay in my budget though. anyone with experience with mb quarts? what's your opinion on them compared to type r's?

well, the type r's are 500w rms and the mb quart is 700w rms, and both of those amp's claim to put out over 700rms. which is the best buy between the amps and between the subs?
