Did you even Google what the Santa Ynez reservoir is used for? Take a look at please respond with all the different services that reservoir provides. Take your time. I know you will need to try and spin some dumbass conclusion on why it is not used for fire suppression.

Ask your best buddies the fire chief and mayor to get the answers for you, maybe.

Tell us more about the "Santa Ynez" reservoir being the "backup" for the area, and how it being empty casued the wildfires to rage out of control.
Star with your "backup reservoir" claim, then answer all of the questions I asked you about water delivery in the area of the fires.

Show us all how clued-in you are about the whole thing.

I'm so glad that despite the efforts of the public schools my kids didn't go crazy. My son was telling me about this girl at school that identifies as an alien. WTF!!!?
