Clearly they were trying to commit fraud are at best cast electoral votes with no true knowledge of whether those votes represented the will of the people. Now this could become commonplace.

I'm not 100% of what they did...honestly I quit paying attention to that circus about that time.

I'd assume the prosecution failed to bring a compelling case. That more than anything would explain the dismissal. My biggest question is did the prosecutor nerf it on purpose to preserve a tactic for future use.
 
They're pro-crime. It's insane to see a political ideology go pro-crime.
Considering a preponderance of crime (statistically speaking) is committed by minorities...it's actually fairly reasonable that a political party built around dei (or woke) fundamentals being pro crime.
