If you're talking about the dude who threw the sandwich at CBP, that's assault under the law, and not only that, he wasn't just some guy, he was a DOJ official, which means you have a fed arresting another fed to make a point- that feds can't break the law either. Throwing food at someone is assault and has been. You can argue it's a weak arrest but DOJ and fed officials should be held to a higher standard than others. But I have a feeling you're going to ignore this point.

Did you fabricate a post in your mind where I said that the guy shouldn't have been arrested? I never said that. Guy was going to turn himself in, and instead, they sent an entire SWAT team along with a video crew to arrest him. The party of government waste thinks this was a good use of resources? So they could blast a message of fascism over twitter? lol. Speaking of higher standards.....keep in mind who the president is. We've never had lower standards in this country.
