Here... If I have 5 people working for me, an Indian (dot not feather), a black man, a Chinese woman and two white fellas and someone failed miserably at their job and it cost me a shit ton of money... I find out it was the Black guy. I fire his *** on the spot. Am I a racist?
According to that Rachel Maddow dude, yes that absolutely makes you a racist.

Tell me what this is an example of. I want to see how your mind thinks.

We are going to party with about 6 hot women... there is a group of us guys... 5 of us and 1 black guy, his name is Daiquan. The rest of us are white guys. All of us guys decide that Daiquan is not coming with us and we tell him sorry, kick rocks. We carry on and have a crazy *** filled night with these 6 hot women.

What do you think of this?
Why wasn't I invited??? Clearly you were intimidated by certain stereotypes surrounding black men, so you didn't invite Daiquan and therefore are a racist mofo.

What makes it a racist act. The fact that it is one person? That makes no sense.
One person can be racist against one person.

Not enough info. Is he an *******? Does he ruin parties? Is he a schneurer? Does he live 15 miles in the wrong direction, and need a ride?

Why did you exclude him?

Exactly, all it takes is a question. Why. For this story, as I told Jimmi... Daiquan is the only married man. So he was told no. People pushing a narrative would jump to him being excluded because he is black. Until people stop doing that, pushing narratives or weaponizing racism... she ain't going away.

And so you just crushed the idea that simply accusing someone of being racist wins in a court of law.

When you explain that you didn't invite him b/c he is a c0ck-blocker, then you show it was not a racist act. It was in order to avoid the likelihood of him ruining the expected nights activity.
As soon as the sole reason is the color of his skin, or ethnic heritage, it becomes a racist act.
Kind of like when a company hires the less-qualified person over the more qualified person, when the only difference between the two is the color of their skin..

Tons of court cases decided based on evidence and proof of racist actions taken against people. Tons of them for the plaintiff, tons of them for the defendant.

You completely missed the point of the example. The point is him not being invited wasn't a race thing. The other part is he wasn't invited because morally it is the right thing to do since he is married. It has nothing to do with being a cock blocker.
