Want to ignore/block certain forums?

If you’ve ever wanted not to see a particular forum’s threads show up in the “What’s new” sections, well now it’s easy to make this happen!

Just proceed to the forum you want to block and click the “Ignore” button in the top right corner of the main forum page. If you want to unblock the forum, just click the “Unignore” button, or from the Ignored forums tab in user preferences.

It works both ways. How many of you actually study for a forum like Caraudio.com? Some people don't work on cars directly, just want to learn it or have learned part of it and want to join in the discussion. I study for it the forum. Applications is this forum. So when I study for it, I just study conceptual ideas. Like Electronics, radios, schematics, that kinds of things. It doesn't really matter if I am actually working on that car problem now or have been through it. The main point is to get a good insight and general idea of what's going on. Then share the views obtained. That's the way I approach forum goers.​
