Hawaii already did this raised rates, added bike lanes, and added manless bike rental stands and placed them in parking stalls and even in front of bike rental shop in tourist locations. Idk why don’t talk to us its been a failure at all levels.

They are trying to push public transportation. The goal is to turn downtown into a major tourist attraction.

Part of preparing is not just manpower. You gotta have water. On top of that, they didn't get enough man power and equipment. Did you not see that article I provided with the millions of dollars worth of equipment that was not being serviced?

I see you might not be much of a logical thinker, so I'll explain it. Water is needed to fight fires. So, if you upgrade your water system, you will upgrade your ability to fight fires. Remodeling City Hall has nothing to do with fixing the roads.

Exaclty. And a firefighting budget is not used to upgrade a city's water delivery infrastructure. That's the budget of the city-owned utility provider.

Are you ever going to share the details of how much water the pumps for the tank/towers can move per minute, how many tanks are in the area, and how many 2" hoses were running while they fought the fire?
Or did your "Fire Chief" buddy stop talking to you?

Not what you would do as a civilian, but what you would do as a governor to protect your civilians from the effects of climate change.

He was referring to the limit that the helicopter was ALOWED to fly at. "above the 200 foot limit". He is saying a Blackhawk has an altitude limit of 200 feet.

If you want to argue he was talking about anything other than the helicopter, it's equally as idiotic. Helicopters are supposed to follow the same flight patterns as airplanes. Airplanes usually approach a 3 degree slope. That's 500 feet of altitude for every nautical mile from the airport.
The closest the Hudson comes to LaGuardia is about 6 miles That's about 5.2 nautical. So 1,500 feet of altitude would be normal.
But they crashed even further away. So tell me what idiot thinks a Blackhawk chopper shulld be limited to 200 feet altitude over an urban area, 8 miles from the airport?

People call other all kinds of names but are while not hating, or disliking, the group that is affiliated with that name. Look at black people who insult each other by calling them the N-word. You don't need to see a **** to prove it happened. However, a psychological evaluation could easily show what really happened. Carroll is a real nut case. She reported it to multiple people right after it happened. She spent THREE days testifying as to what happened. But you, with your extensive training and expertise in psychology, have evaluate all of the hearing testimony, transcripts, and her personal history, and have determined that she is a "real nut case".

Why weren't you on Trump's defense team? You could have convinced him to actually participate and testify on his own behalf, and the case would have been decided in his favor.

Also, if all women told the truth, then Bill Clinton should be locked up for all of the **** accusations against him. Also, Biden should be locked up for *** abuse against his daughter.
