An "opinion" is the explanation of HOW the decision was reached, not how the judge feels in his mind regarding the case. Did you actually think "opinion" meant his personal feelings about it? Holy shit.
So for the umpteenth time, are you going to prove that the decision I gave you the link to is in some way not legally real?

You'll have to ask THEM. The decision is what I shared the link to. I didn't share a link to the defamation case. The defamation case doesn't change the case DECISION from July 2023.

It sounds like literally just that... someone reading an OPINION. Where is the rest of the "Decision"? You know... It is the decision of this court... or This court finds so and so guilty of...
All I see is someone reading off an opinion. No decision.

So this crazy dingbat claims Trump ***** her, but she's unsure what he penetrated her with. I've done my share of penetrating and there has never been any questions about what the penetrating has been done with. The only evidence is this dingbat's testimony and 2 friends she supposedly told about the incident and that's enough to find Trump liable for ****** abuse 25 years later? GTFO!!! On top of that, somehow this amounts ~$80m in damages to a women who's recollection of the incident is spotty and is worth ~$1m. Talk about a f'd up justice system.
The ironic thing is the left got what they wanted, they can point at Trump and shout "******, ******." As long as they're not ABC or some other outlet/person worth suing, they can just keep making that claim. And I guess the get some sort of satisfaction from this outcome. But in the end ironically all this did is prove to Trumps supporters and the "objective middle" that the left has lost it and is willing to weaponize the gov't against it's opponents, whether it's Trump, some anti-vaxxer on Facebook, suppressing certain male centric content on Youtube or whoever else may end up on the left's hit list.

The left just seems determined to die on this stupid hills despite the warnings from within their own party. Personally, I hope they continue down the woke path and keep exposing how willing they are to weaponize the gov't against their political opponents and their disregard for free speech. I kinda hope they keep it up. I'd like to see 4+8 years of Trump & Vance. I doubt Trump's ego would allow it, but I'd love to see him as JD's VP just to watch the left's collective heads explode.
