Current events discussion

Do you remember that O.J. Simpson guy? EIGHTY THREE PERCENT of white people in America said they were sure he was guilty. I'd bet a nickel they still do.
Tell me: Did it change the decision of the trial one bit?
You're comparing a court where you must prove guilt with one where you only need to prove reasonable possibility...so you're an idiot 😎

That's a massive boom

Like I said die on this hill. Maybe enough news outlets will jump on board with you that can Trump can sue all them and they can pay EJC's $80m.
Rob always seems like he's ready to die on any hill that just doesn't matter at any point. The amount of time he spends arguing about shit that doesn't matter is astounding. Just to be possibly right about something that doesn't matter, can't change? Idk. Is it worth 50 pages of arguments? No. I'm a pretty pathetic person in many ways, sad life or whatever, but holy shit, Rob takes the cake 😂

We don't need to see you continuing to post this which is literally only informing us that there was a decision. WHAT IS THE ******* DECISION???? Show us the decision!!
IT CONFIRMS THAT HE ***** HER, AND DENIES TRUMP'S COUNTERCLAIM THAT HE DID NOT **** HER.

The decision would take ten full posts to share the text. Here is the link so you can open it as ONE document: https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/us-dis-crt-sd-new-yor/114642632.html

Because you apparently don't understand what decision was...
Apparently you'll deny a sentence in a court decision that very clearly says he ***** her, because you don't like that decision.
I don't like pistachio ice cream. That doesn't make it disappear, or never exist in the fist place.

I underlined and bolded the part whose existence you find so terribly confusing:

"The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was “*****” within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump “*****” her as many people commonly understand the word “****.” Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that."

The amount of time you spend posting nonsense about how AI terminator robots are going to take over the world, posting the same stupid Terminator gif and a picture of a German IBM subsidiary poster, posting the constant ZeroHedge bullshit that has no factual basis, the endless rants about a vaccine that has been wildly successful, is insane.
Why do you do it? Just to HOPE that you will someday be right about the ridiculous predictions you endlessly vomit onto these pages?

What in the **** does that IBM poster have to do with ANYHTING today? You hate IBM? Cool!
Throw away your computer, your phone, and anything that evolved form their tech, was created by their tech, or whose creation was assisted by their tech.
As for the CONSTANT obsession with it and repetition of it, like you just said: "doesn't matter, can't change"
Walk the walk.
Otherwise follow your own "doesn't matter, can't change" mantra, and STFU about it.

What in the **** does that Terminator gif you endlessly post have to do with ANYTHING? You don't like technological advances? Cool! Go live in a cave with a flint and some knapped obsidian for a knife. Leave the tech world behind.
Walk the walk.

opinion

With respect to law, “opinion” primarily refers to a judicial opinion, which is a court’s written statement explaining the court’s decision for the case.
The opinion usually contains the following elements: name of the judge who wrote the opinion, statement of facts, the legal issues implicated, the court’s rationale and holding, and dicta.
Some common legal phrases that use the term “opinion” include:

  • “Majority opinion” is a judicial opinion that is joined by more than half the judges deciding a case.
  • Concurring opinion,” or concurrence, is the separate judicial opinion of an appellate judge who voted with the majority. Concurrences explain the appellate judge’s vote and may discuss parts of the decision in which the appellate judge had a different rationale.
  • Dissenting opinion,” or dissent, is the separate judicial opinion of an appellate judge who disagreed with the majority’s decision explaining the disagreement.
  • Unlike most judicial opinions, an “advisory opinion” is a court’s nonbinding statement interpreting the law.
  • Per curiam opinion” is a judicial opinion issued under the name of the deciding appellate court. Thus, unlike most judicial opinions, per curiam opinions do not identify the judge who wrote the opinion.
  • “Plurality opinion” is a judicial opinion that received the most votes of any opinion but not enough to be the majority opinion.
  • “Opinion evidence,” as outlined in Rule 701 in the Federal Rules of Evidence, is witness testimony based directly on the witness’s own thoughts, beliefs, or inferences.
  • Expert opinion,” as outlined in Rule 702 in the Federal Rules of Evidence and as opposed to opinion evidence, is testimony by an expert witness: a witness who possesses specialized knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education.
  • “Opinion work product” refers to material prepared by an attorney in preparation of litigation that reveals the attorney’s opinions, mental impressions, conclusions, or legal theories of the case. Opinion work product, unlike other work product, is almost never discoverable by an adversary.

CONFIRMS THAT HE ***** HER, AND DENIES TRUMP'S COUNTERCLAIM THAT HE DID NOT **** HER
No they found that "more-than likely" Trump sexually abused her (lower standard in civil court) and the only thing that court actually (by law) decided was he defamed her...

Your little paragraph you keep reposting isn't the verdict...

LOL - the fact she failed to prove she was ***** in the legal sense doesn't mean she wasn't ***** - that's pure awesome. I might even entertain the judge's reasoning, except he's a judge rendering an opinion on a legal case, not some civilian out there opinning about difference between "legal ****" vs "common knowledge ****." Let's keep in mind we're literally talking about a women who is clearly mental and can't even testify as to what she was penetrated with. Let's keep in mind that way this judge "decided" Trump was guilty of **** was to literally discard the legal definition of ****. This is right up there with there are no pipes "in" my walls.

I do think it's telling that no major news outlet is willing to side with the Judge on this one, except for ABC, who is now paying TrumpCo $16m for claiming Trump was liable for ****.

Rob clearly knows more than all the media outlets combined...

Rob if it's so clear cut that you're "right"...explain ALL the media outlets not reporting as you say...

The decision is legitimately one of very very few things both left and right biased media agree on regarding Trump...did msnbc, CNN, npr, usatoday, Newsweek, etc all spread a false narrative to help Trump's reelection?

Seriously?
👨‍🏫
In a structure you have framing. On the face of that framing you put drywall to form a wall. The drywall board IS THE WALL. On the opposite side of that framing you put drywall to form another wall. There is now a cavity BETWEEN THE WALLS. Your pipes go in the cavity between your walls or "in between your walls". You could get away with "there are pipes behind my walls." There are no pipes in the drywall boards used to make the wall. Therefore there are no pipes "in" your walls. When I said that people leave off the word between because it is faster to say "in" I wasn't making it up. It just became common to speak that way. It doesn't change technical facts.

You know what between means right? That space separating two objects. In this case (walls). To be "IN" between. To be in THE between. Between being THE object. The object being the SPACE separating two objects. Two objects being drywall boards.

Yes, I am familiar with wall terminology as well, inner wall, outer wall, walled in, so on and so on. No, the framing does not need to be there to form the wall. Yes there is a thing called a "framing wall" which is something different. No matter how you or Rob want to argue, fight and spin it, your pipes go in the space under, over or between walls, not in them.

""The government knows what is happening," Trump said. "For some reason, they don't want to comment. And I think they'd be better off saying what it is our military knows and our president knows.""
