So if you say Biden inherited the economy from Trump then you know what you are talking about?

Biden inherited an economy in the shitter following recession.
Trump is inheriting inflation that has been declining for two years, directly and clearly claimed that he will lower grocery costs, and now says he might not be able to do it.
Declining inflation means grocery costs will continue come down.

Why does he now think inflation will go up when he gets in office? Why does he now think he won't be able to bring prices down? Did he make an empty promise with no intention to keep it?
Did he not have a plan to follow through on his promise?

No, you have no understanding of how Trump's lies can easily be seen if you look at the facts.
If inflation has been dropping for two years (which naturally brings prices down), then him saying he may NOT be able to bring prices down signals something.
That something is a foreknowledge of inflation going back up, or OTHER reasons prices won't drop.
Tariffs, perhaps?

Explain that so it doesn't sound biased and or ignorant.

In December 2024 Trump recants and says prices might not fall more.

Why the sudden change of heart?
Why would: A) Inflation stop dropping or B)Prices hold or even rise, despite inflation dropping?

Agreed. I think there is where the disconnect. You have people like Rachel Maddow, Sunny Hostin, Rosie O'Donnell, etc that believe the comparison is accurate. Ie they believe Trump will round up undesirables, there will be slave labor camps, Trump will do away with elections, etc, etc, etc. OTOH, there are people on the other side of the wall, that realize the comparison is ridiculous.

Something we should keep in mind, is the right wielded the words communist/socialist against the left for years, and eventually the left just embraced communist/socialist ideals. Perhaps the left might want to be careful about wielding Fascist as a weapon, it just might boomerang on them.

That's exactly why I can't stand party loyalists or political extremists. They end up pushing too hard in a stupid direction and the over correction ends up being just as dumb...

Even the videos I watched from CNN and MSNBC doesn't show Trump walking back his words or saying as MSNBC said "Can't lower grocery prices". Trump literally said it will be HARD but that they will still lower grocery prices. The people claiming he is walking back are the liberal news anchors. Get you biased stories right Rob.
