The cure for the wacky liberal agendas.

I come from a family that were big farmers. The amount of money it costs to farm, is ridiculous. Many of these overhead costs are due to the continually rising government regulations. The farmers accept the subsidies are needed to help cover these costs. On top of that, do you have any idea how much faming equipment costs?

Sure, they make a lot of money off it, but then again, they work harder than anyone you will ever meet. If they didn't get this money, they wouldn't find farming to be worth the effort. They would then quit farming.

They also accept these subsides because they are getting paid to grow what the government is asking them to grow. For example, corn is the most widely used crop. However, it requires a ton of work and overhead costs. They would rather grow alfalfa or wheat.

So, bottom line, please research why this money is being thrown out there, and just don't look for the ones that support your personal argument on it. I have searched both sides, and I lived it.

The separation of church and state is what's keeping the government out of controlling religion. However, many groups of people are working to find a way to get rid of this law. Just look at opening ceremony for the Olympics. The Bidens thought mocking The Last Supper was spectacular.

So it's okay to take money from the coastals and redistribute it to farmers because farming complicated and hard work?

The separation of church and state is (also) what keeps religion out of gov't.

The separation of church and state was meant to stop the government from creating a church like the monarchy did with the church of England...it was never meant to keep religion out of politics

Did he get shot or did the blood come from when the secret service tackled him? His right hand looks pretty clean to me. Wouldn't you cover your bleeding ear with your hand? Just a thought.

You can't have one without the other. Let's not forget that England created its own church due to the Catholic Church interfering in politics.

You can have one without the other...a politician expressing his religious beliefs or voting based on those beliefs is a far cry different than a government mandated church/religion...

Bobby,
That's the dumbest thing you have ever said. No agency has said he was not shot in the ear. Only left wing conspiracy theorists throw that garbage out there.

And you all think the republicans who think the election was rigged are stupid.

You can have one without the other in singular instance. However, on a grand scale, you cannot have one without the other. Much like having allowed corporations and government to co-mingle has resulted in a socio/political/economic system where it's hard to tell where gov't begins and corporations end.

Government is too embedded with big corporations. That's the biggest drive for many politicians to stay in office. I really wish they had term limits on every political position. Once they get in, they learn who's but to kiss and will then get to keep their seat forever.

Religion and the corporations are 2 different things. By simply not having a government endorsed church that satisfies the constitution and allows free expression or lack thereof of religion.

Corporations buy into the government through politicians so there's no comparison.

There is a comparison, it just isn't apples to apples; the vast majority of comparisons aren't perfect.
