That large bump was right before Trumps border laws started to take effect and the wall was going up. Immigrants tried to get in before the laws kicked in and the wall was built.

So Trump was absolutely the cause of it, then.

This was Biden encouraging it in Sept. of 2019 and there are others encouraging migrants to surge to the southern boarder. Saying it was Trumps doing is very misleading. Trumps doing is the shutting of the border after the surge brought on by the left. As you can clearly see in the graphs.

So now presidential CANDIDATES are to blame for what happens during a presidency?

OK. Then we should blame Trump for the inflation following the recession caused by Bernie Sanders?

@RobGMN @ThxOne - Nobody can realistically "close the border." OTOH, Biden & several blue mayors have opened the floodgates and we're seeing terrible consequences. I'm pro immigration and I'm sure the vast majority of these immigrants are decent people, but we're stretching our human services to the max, have no place to home these people, etc. Total shyt show.

I recognize that. I was challenging Thx to be more than just a complainer. The best complainers are the ones who can offer a solution. It shows they really understand the problem.
It's the story of the guy who gripes that he has to keep replacing the sour milk, while he ignores the fact (or doesn't bother to check) that his fridge is at 47° F.
