The Carroll case was defamation...he was found guilty of saying "mean" things

Technically, he was found guilty of saying "harmful" things. If he'd said for example, "She's ugly and I'm used to banging models," I highly doubt they find him guilty of defamation.

Essentially, it matters not a whit what to you he does or what he gets convicted of, what he admits to doing, or otherwise.
It's all just a huge conspiracy of the big bad world against the lord and savior Trump. Not sure why you are concerned about "convicted" when you don't actually believe a court of law's decision anyway.

For example, he never made this fallacious statement: " I watched in Jersey City, New Jersey, where thousands and thousands of people were cheering" Simply a fabrication by a bunch of people out to make him look bad.
He never lied that gas was "$1.86" when he left the White House. Another fabrication by meanies.
He never lied thousands of times, claiming the election was "stolen". Yet more fabrications by the The Meanies.
He never promised Mexico would pay for his ridiculous wall idea, and instead took the money from the military budget. Attack of The Meanies.
He never said “You know the wall is almost finished,” that citizens weren't paying a “damn cent” for it, and it was It was “compliments of the federal government.”

And of course, there is that time he lied, and claimed a POTUS or past-POTUS has "total immunity" from prosecution.

That dollar figure was calculated by a property appraiser, and is based on the income the place generates as a deed-restricted private club.

It's not his private residence, so it doesn't get appraised as such.

Do you have some information that the appraiser, Trump's attorneys, and anyone else involved may not be aware of?

What was the value that you determined for this deed-restricted private club based on the income it generates?

If it's worth far north of $18 million, why was this not addressed when Trump was paying taxes on it for a decade at a valuation of only $18 million? Did he suddenly realize the value was far higher than he was being taxed on for all those years? Has he paid adjusted back-taxes based on the valuation he WANTS?

And HOW does a golf club with a membership of 500 people generate revenues of $1.8 BILLION? Was he paying taxes on $1.8 BILLION in income from the club?

Sorry, but he can't have it both ways. If he wants to pay taxes on a valuation of $18 million, he can't take loans on a valuation of $1.8 billion. That's called fraud.
And the court determined he committed fraud.
