You said there was no jury.
All info sources indicate you are wrong. There is even video of a judge reading a jury decision, and asking for confirmation it is correct.

Please reconcile your claim there was no jury with all the contradicting evidence, and explain how the default judgement was unfair.

I think he's referring to the case where Alex Jones was acting like such an a-hole and not cooperating with the court, so the judge eventually found him in default rather than making a jury sit through his antics. I'm pretty sure this is the same case where Jones got fined for a no-show. Kinda like you get a default judgement issued against you if you don't show up for the case. It's not our fault, the judge's fault, the judicial system's fault or some sort of conspiracy that Jones acted the fool. His behavior was all over the interawebz for everybody to see; personally I think he should have been found in contempt of the court. What judge would tolerate that behaviour? If they used the same jury to decide AJ's damages as was seated for the trial, then I think the fact that hit him for $1 billion says a lot.

It's not like Jones had a snowball's chance in hell of being found not-guilty by a jury given the very public and recorded nature of the evidence.

No, I have NOT been in this job my whole life. It's a promotional position I earned based on demonstrated capability and prior work history, including working for a private security company where background investigations were part of what we offered and did. I had to have 4 years with this agency before I could even apply, and beat out 7 other finalists.
Lacking drive is a "professional driver" delivering pizzas during a pandemic, when trucking firms were BEGGING for drivers and willing to pay generously.
Lacking drive is getting a settlement from a company for an "injury", and thinking it would last forever, hoping the price of goods would never increase.
Lacking drive is sponging off of a family member for a place to live, instead of doing it on your own, because having your own place is (paraphrased) a "waste of money"

I allow my retired family members to live in my house because I can still work and support myself. I was invited to live here for a bit after my brother died by a family friend I have know since the 5th grade and consider my brother. I accepted. I pay my way.
