You better believe this WHO Pandemic Treaty/Accord for all UN member states, which is basically every nation on Earth, will come into play with biotech weapons used as world war starts to unfold. It’s basically to allow the UN to take large control of national responses to pandemics, where a country can just release another biotech weapon like sars-cov-2, and that’ll be one of the ways your government is absorbed into the New World Order:

Can it restore my reflexes? I miss my 30 something reflexes. Actually, I'll take my 20 something reflexes back if they can pull it off.
