I don't know. Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater will get you arrested. Claiming the vax would kill you in 2 years didn't Alex Jones in any trouble that I'm aware of.

They don't charge you with a violation of speech in either of his examples...it'd be either inciting a riot or terroristic threats...not speech violations...

The correlation between excess deaths and vaccination doesn't prove causality it proves coincidence. You have to isolate for variables. For example, a lot of medical care was postponed during the pandemic, so that would be a cause for excess death. There is a higher level of distrust of the healthcare industry now, which would lead to postponed/ignore medical treatment and excess death (assuming you don't believe the healthcare industry is on the depopulation program). Without looking it up, I assume ******* rates are still higher than normal. Street racing and aggressive driving are way up in my neck of the woods - not sure if that's a national trend, but it sure is creating excess deaths in the Denver Metro suburbs, especially mine.

Even after you've accounted for variables, there is a huge percentage of the vaxxed population that also caught covid, so you'd have to compare them against a control group to glean any meaningful data. Luckily we also have a huge unvaxxed population to make comparisons to and excess deaths can just be used to "double check" our work and see if there is something we might not be accounting for.

Wheter you can prove intent or not, they can still charge you because of the results of your actions. Just becasue you didn't MEAN to run over that kid while texting, doesn't mean you aren't getting charged with megligent homicide.

But go ahead, go to an airport and yell that you are going to kablooey the place. When you get arrested, tell them you are protected by the 1A, and that you didn't really MEAN you wanted to do anything bad.

Really? Actual half decent data analysis? It's easy to say myocarditis is up and vax can cause myocarditis. It's something else to acknowledge that myocarditis is up, but way more likely to occur prevax or in unvaxxed individuals and a minimal issue with vaxxed population. That's why all the studies on myocarditis and the vax almost always omit any mention of how prevalent myocarditis was prevax.

Isn't myocarditis also worse from getting COVID than getting it from the vax?

Any inflammatory response can cause myocarditis. The covid myocarditis seems very low grade and temporary compared to the myocarditis caused by the vaccines. The massive production of spike proteins from the vaccine mRNA programming are causing the heart problems, as well as other problems. The mRNA covid vaccines literally cause the cardiac system’s endothelium to be literally lined with spike proteins in MASS.

How many kids and athletes dropped dead or had blood clots or heart attacks from cardiac problems caused by covid? You’re being mislead, because the severity of the myocarditis matters.
