If we get vaccinated and our body fights off the virus and we don’t get sick, then we don’t transmit it to others. If we get LESS sick than we normally would have, we shed less and reduce the odds of contaminating others.

But the vaccine doesn’t prevent infection, and vaccinated people do transmit it to others, and vaccinated people do wind up in the hospital with covid, unlike what was lied about to trick people into taking it. You keep dancing around the fact you were lied to.

Well, that’s not what the experts said, so how are uninformed people supposed to know that? How are you making jokes about this when the biggest experts got up on TV and told the whole world that they wouldn’t catch covid if they got the vaccine? It’s ok that they lied? Yes, Biden, Kamala, Fauci & Walensky lied. I am glad to see Walensky have her a$$ hauled before Congress and called out for being a lying POS. OTOH, Covid was the most covered event in human history. Anybody stupid enough to get a shot based "Walensky said to on MSNBC" is a f'ing moron. MSNBC, FoxNews, et al are clearly biased and have no problem hiding information or outright lying and that has been proven time and time again. Unfortunately, massive segments of our population love the lies and tune in nightly to a major news network or log into their favorite echo chamber to listen to liars lie. Anybody could have looked at the CDC data (as I did). If people were either too stupid, too lazy or just wanted to follow the flock, then that's on them.

Initially, I wasn't going to get vaxxed (my immune system was rock solid prior to covid). Then Delta hit and Covid became deadlier. Meanwhile numbers on vaccine efficacy and low probability of adverse reactions continued to look promising, so I opted to get vaxxed (mainly to protect my parents who wouldn't vax). Then they authorized the vax for kids and again I was hesitant. So I waited until the data came out showing increased risk of myocarditis in vaccinated 14-30 year olds (mainly males). However, a fact that is is often overlooked by the anti-vax crowd is the risk of myocarditis is higher in unvaxxed 14-30 year olds who caught Covid. So it made sense to vax the kiddos before they entered the window where both the vax and Covid represented a greater threat to their cardiovascular health.

The anti-vax crowd conveniently ignores the harm their lies do. What if I was a loyal Phucker Carlson fan watching his parade of anti-vaxxers spreading their disinformation (and too intellectually lazy to do my own research)? What if I listened to Dr Robert Malone as he begged and pleaded not to vax the children? According to the data, I would have put my kids at increased risk for myocarditis. Myocarditis would have a serious effect on their lives - one is in track and the other aspires to play pro-soccer. If I listened to that lying bag of shyt RFK, my kiddos wouldn't be vaxxed for anything, increasing their risk to everything and increasing the risk to everybody around them. It's amazing how quick the right (and anti-vaxxers) are to call out a Dem when they lie unless it's RFK and he's telling the "good lies." But anti-vaxxer lies are okay because they fit the preferred narrative. So let's give up the pretense that this has anything to do with lies or misinformation because as far as I can tell those lies and misinformation are only bad when the "other guys" do it.

I know plenty of “experts” have claimed (in complete disregard of every statistical measurement that exists) the vaccine was completely ineffective. And you believe them.

So, name and shame the experts who said a vaccine kills a virus.

To paraphrase Walensky (CDC Director on MSNBC) "If you get vaxxed you won't catch the virus and you won't infect others." At that time the data on the CDC website clearly didn't support her comment and she was called out almost as soon as the words left her lips. Fauci said something like the risk of catching covid is "really, really, really low and you won't be hospitalized if you get vaxxed." The data at the time didn't support Fauci's comment. I've never really cared for Fauci. IMHO he was just milking his 15 minutes of fame and never really did a good job presenting the case for the vax. All he ever did was say "Wear mask, get vaxxed" and play the foil in Trump's vaccine culture war. I wasn't aware of Walensky's comments until Buck posted them. I assume Walensky was under political pressure to grossly over state vax efficacy since the data on CDC conflicted with what she was saying.

It’s really very basic stuff. If you have trouble understanding, maybe the clown is you.

If you actually left your room and went out in public and had a cold, would you cover your mouth if you coughed, or sneeze into a tissue, or would you just let it fly free-air?

That's the problem with Fauci (and the media outlets); they presented 2 versions of the vaccine. One being the version you just presented, but they would also grossly over state vaccine efficacy. And of course the anti-vaxxers, conservatives, right wing propagandists, et al would amplify when somebody overstated vaccine efficacy and downplay, ignore and argue when presented with the truth. Since it was often the same person/outlet that disseminated both accounts of how the vax worked, it became easy to just completely dismiss/discredit everything they said.

When "they" halted J&J and AstraZeneca due to clotting were they lying about the clotting? If not, then why didn't they just keep lying administering J&J and AZ and cover up the severe adverse effects? If this isn't a "vaccine," then what is it? If the CDC was covering up the negative effects of "spike proteins" then why did they report on it? Did the right hand forget what the left hand was doing???

And by the way, for Pfizer to be able to call their shots 'vaccines' they forced the FDA to change the definition of 'vaccines. The definition of 'vaccines' had existed for decades and they were required to prevent the disease it was intended for. This was a federal law. And Phizer knew from it's early trials that it was breaking the law. So it told the FDA to change the definition so it wouldn't be guilty of breaking that law. The new definition says all it has to do is 'help' a disease. Why did the FDA do this? Because Phizer provides 40% of the FDA's funding. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.
