It doesn't matter what type...you were oblivious to the fact it was a monoblock...you telling him he was leaving power on the table is proof of that...
Spoke, you have the quote in your sign line. Read it:
"Multiple outputs means multiple channels. Leaving them unused means you have amplifier power not being used."
Are you saying that leaving an output unused is NOT leaving power on the table?

If that statement is wrong, can you tell us where the power moves to when an output is unused?

Don't play it off now...nobody but you thought he was talking about anything other than a monoblock...

So when someone says their amp has multiple outputs, your mind immediately goes to "monoblock"?
That is the perfect example of why it is important to use proper terminology.

"I need to get my mono amp serviced. One of the outputs is fried."
Oh really?

"my question is, can I just ignore 1 set of them if I'm using a mono Amp for 2 subs? I'm trying to do a series/parallel with 2 dual 1 ohm subs to keep them at 1 ohm at the Amp"

When a person asks that...it's pretty fckn obvious by outputs he means terminals...

A fair point. But when a guy says he is out of the game and clueless, do we assume he is correct about having a mono amp, or correct about having multiple outputs?

What if he actually had a multichannel amp and just thought it was mono?
Go look at the threads where noobs get shredded for thinking they have it right, but are totally off the mark.
Are we going to say that this guy was very obviously right just because it helps the narrative here, or is it fair to think he could have been mistaken with either descriptor?

Economy is so hot right now
