You need to look up what verbatim means, kid. I never said that as a direct, verbatim quote fo your words.

quotation marks - Quotation marks are a type of punctuation used to show direct quotes, dialogue, and certain titles or otherwise to set aside words in text.
quote - repeat or copy out (a group of words from a text or speech), typically with an indication that one is not the original author or speaker

If I write the following- Thxone said "Do you even know what you are talking about?" I am quoting your sentence verbatim.
If I write- Thxone asked me if I know what I am "talking about", I am expressing the meaning of your sentence and quoting words or groups of words from your sentence verbatim.

Why? Because you are being an asss. My statement was that they could be fiddled with. I don't know if they have been or not. I never said they were. People like you though who look at the color of the state instead of counting the actual citizens for who is using what is the problem. You are the type of person to fiddle with the numbers.
