You didn’t answer any of my questions so a comparison could be made, and so I can say the same things about Biden as I said about Trump.
Maybe you had trouble comprehending. I’ll try again:
Was he VP when the documents were moved to his office?
Were the documents reported as soon as they were discovered as still in his possession?
Were the documents requested of him and then he refused to cooperate and return them?
Did he declare them declassified by his “thoughts”?
Did it require an FBI raid on his property to get the documents back?

Here’s what we know about Trump:
He took classified documents from the White House after he had been voted out of office.
He was asked to return all classified documents and refused.
It took an FBI raid of his property to get the documents back due to his refusal to cooperate.
He declared the documents were declassified by his “thoughts”.

If Biden’s actions are found to be analogous to Trump’s, I will criticize him just as harshly as I do Trump.
Are they analogous?

My opinion is, if they both have/had classified documents illegally, they are both in violation of the law and should be prosecuted as such. None of this left wing "well his crime is lesser" bullshit.

Maybe someone else did, and you misremembered it being me.

An interesting change of heart, especially given your previous unequivocal denial that Trump had classified documents even after both he and his attorneys admitted it.
Maybe you thought he and his attorneys were just expressing their opinions…

Trump didn't have classified documents, they were planted and Trump thought about declassifying the documents he was in possession of and therefore he committed no crime.
