People who park in store parking lots waiting in their cars for their significant other idiot to get back to the vehicle with their headlights on the whole damn time. On top of being illegal to sit in a parking lot with your lights on in many states, it takes a special kind of jackasss to do that.

I'm fond of the idiots who park illegally in the front of the grocery store blocking traffic and making it difficult for the drivers and pedestrians to see each other. If they were doing that so 80 year d grandma didn't have to walk across the parking lot, I could get it. But it seems like it's a perfectly well abled 30 something....
