Cause doing it more than once means he's all clear? Show me where he has made fun of any persons handicap to prove this is a pattern of behavior.

Why in the World did he need to do the arm flailing stuff? At what point did he think that was a good idea? And to my knowledge he has never mocked another reporter by doing this. It just showed who he really is.
