I quoted the situation the POTUS regarded us in, and the fact that he is allowed to make that decision to use the SPR, PER THE LAW that I shared the text of. The "vomit" that I posted is a direct statement form the White House about using the SPR.

They concocted and created the spike in oil prices. Then Sleepy Joe could come to the rescue by releasing SPR and get votes.

I do think Sleepy Joe is incompetent, however you'd have to beyond incompetent to come up with this plan. It's far more likely this whole scheme is the work of DeSantis deep state plants.
