My understanding is that that question was supposed to be off limits. Ultimately, it's a rhetorical question anyway since we all know the answer. Nevertheless, I though DeSantis handled it well. Say what you will about DeSantis, he is good politician.

He ignored the question and looked like he was frozen in time. The guy is a bag. A good politician is an oxymoron. I know that you know that.

Here is where I stand.

I prefer the cost of fuel when Trump was president. I think whatever was going on during his admin was working. Food cost less, gas cost less... hell, my car would have cost less. I think Democrats were shady in blaming Trump for the pandemic and were of low morals in blaming Trump for bad things caused by the pandemic. Trump is a human being, not a god and has no control over a virus. If MORONS wanted to do as morons do and take people literal when they shouldn't that is not on Trump, that is on the morons.

I think Presidents can affect the cost of oil and I made this opinion clear some time ago and of course Rob and Booby had to talk shit because they think they know it all. I didn't say he controls the price of oil until I wanted to piss them off. However, I believe through direct and indirect actions the president can affect the price of oil. Set the price? No. Affect the price, Hell Yes.

I think this president is fully responsible for the recession we are still in and is the cause of this inflation through his and his admins over spending and policies.

How I feel:

Trump - Don't like him, Don't hate him.
Biden - I think he is not fit to be president.
Democrats - Most that I have spoken with are just fine. There are many that again, think they know it all.
Republicans - Don't hate them or love them.
Gay people - Do your thing, be happy.
Criminals - Belong in jail.
God - I do not know of any god.

This is how I view the world, these are MY opinions and as such are not up for debate and I don't need to prove anything to anyone about my choices.

The fact that your opinions are not up for debate just shows the you're shallow minded, stubborn and incapable of self examination.

You claim to believe that Presidents "affect oil prices" yet decline to say how beyond "Biden said mean stuff about oil companies" and denied every other fact brought to the table regarding oil prices. So there's what you said and there's what you said and they don't quite match up. But somehow liberals, democrats, whoever else are hypocrites for crediting Biden for bringing oil prices down. For shyts & grins I goggled "Biden brings oil prices down" and the only person claiming Biden is bringing oil prices down is Biden. So it appears you made up a strawman argument just for the purposes of calling others hypocrites and arguing.

Good in that he's setting himself up for a serious run at POTUS. IMHO, he and Trump are neck and neck with Biden a distant third right now. Ignoring the question is a long time tradition of debaters and politicians and as I said the question is rhetorical given that we all know the answer. I didn't think he looked "frozen" as everybody has been claiming, so I watched the video again. That particular video edits to his answer, so in that video, he doesn't appear frozen to me.

That's because when a person such as myself engages with people who are CLEARLY left and or Democrats it always ends the same way. The left accepts no blame and it's always Trumps fault. As soon as I see that shift I will have my fun because at that point the conversation has become nothing more than a finger pointing contest so why not just get everyone all the way excited.

But nobody blamed Trump for oil prices...

I read where somebody said that he should've said, "I will serve wherever the people want me to serve." The name calling stuff was boring and tired. Turn the page on the name calling and answer the question. I would've liked if he said, "I'll be here unless the voters want me to serve them somewhere else." A drop the mic moment.

The Republicans give him credit for all the good stuff about the pandemic (gas prices) but none of the negative stuff (record unemployment, toilet paper shortage, water shortage, and Tylenol shortage to name a few).

And he wasn't responsible for any of them. Ironically, "they" never credited Trump with low gas prices until it become a talking point for bashing Biden. Of course you never hear them say "Biden needs to do whatever Obama did to bring gas prices down."

But they all happened under Trump's watch. Just like they are holding Biden's feet to the fire with the gas prices, inflation, formula shortage, and soon they will add on the turkey shortage. According to Republicans everything that has happened under Biden's watch is his fault and everything that happened under Trump's watch isn't his fault. Hypocritical much? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Stupid on both parts. Hypocrisy is the realm of the realm of the true believers, whether it's politics, religion, etc.

That's right MY OPINIONS, the way I see things, what I believe is not up for debate. They are mine and mine alone.

If I were to say God exist... that is my opinion. Who the fuck are you to think you need to debate it?
If I want to say gay *** is gross... That is my opinion. Who the fuck are you to tell me I am wrong?

When I say Presidents can affect oil prices it's because they can through direct and indirect actions. Tell me why you think they can't.

Yeah, Biden and his Admin want credit for bringing down the price of gas. That's what I said!!!!

I think we’re threatening to nuke people:

‘The Pentagon’s new National Defense Strategy rejected limits on using nuclear weapons long championed by arms control advocates and in the past by President Joe Biden.

Citing burgeoning threats from China and Russia, the Defense Department said in the document released Thursday that “by the 2030s the United States will, for the first time in its history face two major nuclear powers as strategic competitors and potential adversaries.” In response, the US will “maintain a very high bar for nuclear employment” without ruling out using the weapons in retaliation to a non-nuclear strategic threat to the homeland, US forces abroad or allies.’

UN climate agenda:

‘Sales of gas- and diesel-powered cars likely will be effectively banned in European Union member states from 2035 forward, according to a new deal struck by lawmakers Thursday. The ban requires automakers selling cars in Europe to cut carbon emissions from their cars entirely by 2035, which would effectively prohibit gas or diesel engines under their hoods. By 2030, automakers would have to cut emissions by 55%, compared to 2021 levels, before ratcheting up to carbon-free by 2035, according to Reuters.

Automakers that produce fewer than 10,000 vehicles could be exempted from some restrictions but still need to be carbon-free by 2036. Vans would have a slightly different target in 2030 but face the same 2035 deadline.’

Pelosi's husband attacked at his home.... really? I am gonna call bullshit on this too. I think they are looking for sympathy for democrats here. How much you want to bet it was a Doordash driver or similar and that old drunk fucker complained then insulted the delivery driver and the driver threw a drink in his face or something.
