For your party of 13, they should assume an AVERAGE of 9 wings per person, or 117 wings total.
This AVERAGE is helpful because it would be wasteful to bring 390 wings and have only about 117 eaten , but it would really svck if they only brought 25 wings and had a lot of people hungry because there weren’t enough wings.

I love it. Nice and chunky Bleu cheese dressing is the best. Stilton bleu cheese is probably the most famous bleu cheese in the World. I believe ranch dressing was actually invented by a rancher in the USA IIRC. Hence the name ranch dressing. Dipping fries in ranch is good. Putting ranch and Frank's Red Hot (at the same time) is real good on pizza. Try it.

Here is you problem Rob. You don't want to pay attention and you don't think you have to listen to anyone. I never, NOT ONE TIME, said it is lazy AND nefarious. You don't pay attention. I know what the hell averages are, what they do, what they can be and are used for. That is why I have an opinion about the people who use them in their jobs. If I want to call someone lazy for quickly using an average number instead of doing all the work to get the whole actual number then I will god damn very well do that.
