That’s crazy. A pharma competing with three other pharmas is raising prices on their product annually?

Why in the hell is this allowed? Capitalism should be banned.

But then would we be the Socialists that the Republicans hate so much?

uh oh…
If there are three others wouldn't raising your own prices put you out of the running? I don't know about you but if I am spending my own money then I am going with the less expensive options. Your smart assed comment has rubber legs.

You missed the point entirely. As usual.
No one is forcing you to use Pfizer in a competitive market.
Why complain they are raising prices on the product they sell? If you don’t like the price, go with a competitor.
Simple economics.

Can't have price controls on pharmaceuticals, despite every other 1st world country doing so and most 2nd world countries. Clearly this is the Dems fault.

How is an 80% kill rate in “humanized” mice less deadly?

Humanized mice.... "Your" guys just won't stop with the disinformation campaigns.

The study focused on the Omicron spike protein because it carries a large number of mutations and seems to help the virus escape vaccine-induced immunity. Researchers took the gene for Omicron's spike (S) and added it to the genome of the SARS-CoV-2 strain first seen in the US state of Washington in early 2020, creating a new iteration of the virus.
The university said the study began in tissue culture and then moved to an animal model that used mice engineered to be highly susceptible to the coronavirus.

The social media claims focus on the fact that while Omicron caused mild, non-fatal infections in the mice, the virus created for the study killed 8 in 10 of them.
BU said: "That 80 percent number is what the media reports latched onto, misrepresenting the study and its goals."
The university said the virus created with the Omicron spike was not more deadly than the Washington SARS-CoV-2 strain. In fact, "this research made the virus replicate less dangerous," BU said in its statement.
Craig Wilen, a Yale School of Medicine professor who has studied Covid-19, agreed.
Based on the preliminary research report, Wilen said on October 19 that the modified virus "was less deadly and less pathogenic in mice, and it gave us important information."
He said the details show the original, non-modified SARS-CoV-2 strain "kills 100 percent of mice" and that the researchers "made it less pathogenic."

We’ll see; there’s still news not known about this yet. This is still creating new viruses, which is what caused the pandemic in the first place. They still created another virus that doesn’t exist in nature, which when you think about it, why would anyone ever create chimera viruses, when we already have enough natural ones to go around? Something about what they did doesn’t make sense, and more is surely to come out about it. And it’s still gain of function bc omicron is more infectious (supposedly), so they made the deadlier original covid more infectious, it seems, and people have less immunity to the virus they’ve created, because no one has specific immunity to their lab creation. They will if it gets out, though.

"They" create viruses for research purposes. I'm sure those purposes do include bioweapons research.

Twist the logic however you like, but what they did is create a less deadly virus. I'm sure more will be revealed, but the question is, will it be the typical unfounded conjecture or substantiated proof of nefarious activity???

It’s only nefarious if they used averages in their calculations.
