Honey Buns are actually low in cholesterol. Processed food often contain fully hydrogenated oils, which wreck havoc on your cholesterol #s.
Honey buns are very high in saturated fat. Around 60%-80% of your daily saturated fat in one honey bun. I only eat a couple of them a year. It would be interesting if everybody could be honest and post there height and weight here. We can try. I'm 5'11" tall and 195 lbs.
