Damn, this fucktard Rob actually had me thinking enough to go back and find some of my old papers along with a syllabus for one of my classes that was 4 units. To answer one of this jackasses questions Human Biology, 12th Ed., Mader & Windelspecht, ISBN: 9780073525464 was required reading for that particular class. End of story, go eat some dog shit. Discussion over.

Rob doesn't understand that there are things you don't get from book learning. He does after all have a relaxed brain.
It’s always the uneducated ones who try to cut down the educated ones.
I’ve got plenty of life learning too. More than you, actually.

The benefit of book learning is in not stating your beliefs as if they are fact, then defending those beliefs with all your heart, even in the face of wholly contrary facts.

Maybe if you actually did some book learning you’d understand things like math, science, literature. Things that grownups are expected to understand on at least a high school level, if not higher.

Cool story.

Ahhh, the boss has spoken. “Discussion over” he says.
He found a syllabus and a book title. Now he thinks he proved there are no nerves or pain receptors in bones.

That’s fine. We’ll just comment about how wrong you were but still refuse to admit it even after finding your error in the textbook. You don’t need to be a part of it.
Good stuff.

Rob is using the tried and true lib approach of blaming the other side for what they have done. In other words.....proving he is a uneducated indoctrinate sheep.View attachment 43035
You are so below the level of conversation here, you can't even see that Thxone is wrong and even provided info, on the textbook he used in school, to prove he is wrong.

You're either a young kid who has a lot of learning to do, or a simple adult who didn't do enough learning.
Which one is it?

Incorrect. I am not wrong. I provided ONE of the textbooks that was required reading for that class. Stop leaving out information just to talk shit. I earned a degree based on the information of the time. You have not provided current information that is not of theory or studies. The book you have quoted is old and does not reflect current medical knowledge. You also did not show the nerve pictures as proof from that Gray's Anatomy book either. So 🤪

The information of the time said there were nerves in bone, unless you went to school in the 1800's instead of in 2015 (or later) like you claim?

In the 1918 Gray's Anatomy, they say without question that there is nerve in bone. It's not presented as a theory, it's presented as fact, just as much as the lungs are in the chest.

Where do you keep coming up with this "theory" bullshit? I think Jimi is older than either of us, and even HE said it was common knowledge from High School. I can guarantee he went to High School before you went to college in 2015 (or later).

Damn, your degree is 7 y.o. or younger, and you already forgot basic anatomy, and are swearing to your false beliefs? Oof. I hope you didn't waste someone else's money on going to school.

And no offense... or be offended, I don't care but you are two guys on an internet forum. I am sure your knowledge is far superior to those who practice and teach in this field. When I say theoretical it is because it is still being studied which means nobody has all the answers, nothing is definitive which means it has no choice but to be theoretical. That does not mean they have no knowledge but it for sure does not make me wrong.

I will make it simple for the laymen. A car driving through the tunnel is not in or on the mountain just as the nerve passing through the bone is not in or on the bone. It is passing through a tunnel. When these nerves are disturbed they receive and send signals and the body responds. Be it for the body to repair the area around that nerve (The Bone) or to cause pain and so on. I don't think I can explain it down more than that.

Ahhh, take your hand, push your finger tips on your desk with your palm elevated. Your finger tips are nerve endings. They are terminating on the desk. They are part of the desk. The nerves passing through bone do not terminate on the bone as they are just passing through. They are not part of the bone.

They can still react to the bone around them but are not part of the bone... there ya go, best I can do for ya.
