You described it as “an exaggeration” when the massive reduction is driving and cars on the road was discussed and expressed.

Most reasonable people would take that claim as an expression that you didn’t really believe there was a big change to the number of cars on the road.

Nope that's your interpretation of his reasoning...considering long before Trump was a political figure Paul was against infringement of people's rights...it's reasonable to assume that's why he wanted to repeal the act...but since your so stuck on Trump...there can be no other reason in your mind...
