I'm sorry that you don't understand baseball and that playing outfield is actually three different positions. LF, CF, and RF. Look at a lineup card or a box score. When announcers say a particular guy can play multiple positions they will say he has played left field and right field but rarely plays center field. That shows any person with common sense that outfield is three different positions. Stay in your lane kid.
My lane? How many players on the field in MLB son? How many positions are each player assigned while on the field? If someone is covering left field is his title Outfielder or Left Fielder? Please, be specific because I know they are when they announce the players and their positions. They don't say "Now pitching Booby Twin Tiits who is also covering 1st base and has covered the short stop position".

I don't care about your backpedaling bullshit about what someone "could" play or "has" played. That was never a part of the discussion until you backpedaled.

They say he is playing left field today. He played right field last week. And two days last month he played center field. Three outfield positions kid.

‘New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday declared a state of emergency over polio to boost vaccination rates in the state amid further evidence that the virus is spreading in communities.’

I didn't repeat ANYONE else's rationalization. That was MY thought on the numbers. Then I posted a factual numbers chart showing the deaths in America. I am not sure what kind of argument you are trying to make up here but perhaps your energy would be better spent using your jaw muscles to expel semen from your mouth.

None of your bullshit posturing explains why you care so much for those killed by "COVID" but don't mention the millions that die every year in America unrelated to COVID. Deflect all you want. I see through you son.
So, you independently went and researched the death rates, and then came up with the idea that a 19% spike on a base value of 2.5 million deaths is not significant?

Dude, that makes you look even more stupid than if you had just repeated what some other idiot said.

And again, you try to steer away from your claim that COVID had no significant effect on the number of deaths in the US by asking why I care that COVID changed the world forever.
The same guy crying over and over about a few cents in gas thinks I shouldn’t care about a virus that ended millions of lives and turned the world upside down.
Way to not see life beyond your own doorstep, kid.

You and Booby are getting closer and closer to the same IQ. How about you look at the order of the post and then comment in order you dipshit. Stop saying shit I didn't say and respond to the actual post. It's not hard.

Stop skipping words when you read, start from the top left and work left to right, top to bottom. Read every word and don't just pick out the words and phrases you think you can use to spin shit out of context.

It is clear you will mention COVID deaths because you can attach it to political arguments and that you couldn't care less about the other far more substantial number of Americans who die each year. Unless maybe a mass shooting or two right... if it's in the news and your side is biitching about gun violence?

I did want to comment on this. You do this more often than any other post you make.

You start by asking me a question... denoted by the question mark at the end of the sentence.

Then you answer yourself while insulting me.

You then finish YOUR question to me off by telling me what I am doing while you hype up your numbers (COVID deaths) while downplaying other significant numbers (Gas prices). Of course finishing off with an attempt to belittle me and insult me.

Not once did I tell this clown not to care about anything. I ask why he doesn't mention the other MILLIONS of deaths in America. This is how he responds to it.

So many (excess) people died in 2020 that our actual life expectancy dropped by 2 years. For 2018 & 2019 we averaged ~2.85m resident deaths. 16% increase in deaths. While the 6% can't be directly attributed to Covid, how many are people who were unwilling or unable to get treatments that contributed to their deaths.

In 2020, a total of 3,383,729 resident deaths were registered in the United States—528,891 more deaths than in 2019. The number of deaths for which COVID-19 was the underlying cause of death was 350,831 (10.4% of the total number of deaths in 2020).

Rhetorical questions can be answered by the person asking them. It’s not an uncommon thing in the English written word.

Compared to a massive spike in deaths from COVID and what it did to our world, a short-term spike in gas prices that are still below MANY past years’ prices IS pretty insignificant.
It’s like complaining that your vacation in NYC was cut short due to some nonsense at the World Trade Center. A little perspective is a good thing.

ONCE AGAIN, your questioning why I’m not talking about all the other deaths is simply a logical fallacy intended to remove focus from your horrible argument that COVID had negligible effect on the annual death toll in the US. It’s childish
“Yes I kicked Billy in the shins, but Steve stole a candy bar”.

Instead of yet another logical fallacy fail, why not explain why you think a massive spike in deaths is not a problem?
