In a sample of only 1,000 people, if 99.4% are vaccinated, that's 994 whole people. No person is "partially vaccinated".

The fact you are still hanging onto the "2.3 kids" argument is pretty funny, and just shows you not only have no understanding of percentages, but averages are outside of your wheelhouse too.

If the price of gas rose under Trump it wasn't enough to be a problem and probably helped the economy. Look how much higher it went under Biden. $2 and something a gallon - Trump vs. $5+ per gallon - Biden. That is a huge difference.
