DNA, much like data, is not considered private. Not saying that is a good thing, but I don't see it changing. I guess you can load up the AR and start the revolution.

Well if DNA is 99% the same in all humans and only about 0.025% of our genes vary across all humans why would anyone argue about DNA being a private thing? I would say the private part would be the small difference in genes that make us who we are as individuals that should be private. Anything that may access or modify our individually unique genes should be outlawed.

What do you mean "selective facts"? Facts are facts.

You would think that, but as Kelly Conway showed us, there are "Alternative Facts." Selective facts would be (as I pointed out in the post quoted) is arguing that the Covid vax doesn't work, doesn't grant immunity, doesn't stop spread, etc because it didn't work like the Polio vaccine did, while ignoring that the most popular vaccine (the flu vaccine) requires constant boosting, requires different vaccines for different strains, doesn't have nearly the effectiveness of other vaccines, etc, etc, etc.

See how a certain fact about vaccines was pulled out of the greater pool of vaccine facts to make the Covid vax look bad, while ignoring all the other facts we know about vaccines because they don't cast the Covid vax in a bad light. Similarly, I've heard time and time again that the Capitol police let rioters in, but those same people never mention the officer who got his head caved in.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist for reading scientific and military bioweapon reports that lay out their worries about how a mass bioweapons attack could be implemented, especially since covid came out of a biolab as a gain-of-function warfare virus.

If anyone wants your DNA or gene info, it can be gathered from any public place you go.
They don’t need to harvest it through nefarious means like an intentional virus where they have to make a vaccine that gets given to everybody.

The USSC just threw privacy out the window. Justice Thomas wants further involvement in our bedrooms and wants to interfere with our contraceptive choices. DNA privacy is a pipedream. It won't be long before just about every shred of our privacy is gone.
