Thats actually happened randomly since I was a child living there, just not multiple times in 1 year.

No one really believed that. These cows had extremely odd smooth wounds, missing eyes and missing internal organs. Still no one can explain how it’s happening. It just happened this summer again. It’s hard to even get law enforcement to come make a report on cattle mutilations anymore. It’s more of a pain for them to do it, but they have to so people can make insurance claims on their livestock
No need to. The stores are licensed to accept the cards. Each purchase gets tracked. Ineligible items do not get charged to a card or the license goes away.
