LOL You think I give a shiit what people think? You think I need validation from anybody? Wrong!
You need it but will never get it when you insist you are right even when proved unequivocally wrong.

Explain more about our “energy independence” at any time in the past 10 years. Use math, not your metaphorically whimsical thoughts and feelings.

Lmfao, as if you even watched it. You were to busy playing with yourself. F*cking priceless!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Every last minute of that nonsense. You people will get excited literally over nothing. At least they got some exercise from all the prompts to stand and clap. I made a list of the things he said they'd like to change or suggested to be changed... which is all it was, suggestions. Let's see how many of them get done. My guess is the only thing to get done is more inflation.

Well, the facts are on Google... go get them.
Nope. The facts that the EIA shows are contrary to your statement.
We KNOW that we produced 12 million barrels per day and used 20 million. That's a shortfall of 8 million barrels.
That's history. In the books, as it were.
When you claim something different than recorded facts, it's incumbent on YOU to prove your claim.

If you can't do it, just admit you totally phucked things up by repeating one Trump's many false claims, and move on.

I meant ALL the facts. Not the ones you pick through to support your claims.

I want to hear you Biden supporters explain how buying just under 500,000 barrels per day of oil from Putin at near $100 per barrel is:

1. Not stupid to pay Russia near $50,000,000 a day for oil
2. Not hypocritical
3. Not adding to inflation
4. Not affecting people at the pump
5. Is better than the 500,000+ barrels we were producing/pumping per day just in the Dakotas alone until BIDEN put a stop to it.

Tell us why it is BETTER to buy over-priced oil from an aggressive communist country than to pump the oil from our own land. The Dakota's are just ONE place we aren't allowed to get our own oil from thanks to BIDEN.

By the way... Trump wasn't the only person to state the facts that we were energy independent.

The bigger question is how OPEC+ will factor in the US shale phenomenon this time around. After all, America used to spend 3% of GDP buying foreign energy in 2008 but it just became a net energy exporter thanks to surging domestic output. Whether measured in BTUs/oil barrels equivalent or in US dollars, we estimate that the reversal in energy balances from a deficit into a surplus likely occurred in October 2018. With oil prices falling by 20% from the highs in recent weeks, the next OPEC+ decision will have to factor in: (1) the massive 2+mn b/d YoY surge in US output and (2) the negative demand impact of the ongoing trade tensions.
EnergyInde

By the way... Trump wasn't the only person to state the facts that we were energy independent.
Not a fact until it's proved.
The FACT is that we don't produce what we use.
We have to buy the difference elsewhere.
That is not "energy independence". That is DEPENDENCE.
Don't believe Trump, who followed Hitler's big lie idea.
It doesn't work.

Once again: Explain how having to buy 8 MILLION barrels per day from elsewhere is "energy independent".
I'll give you a head start:
adjective: independent free from outside control

If the oil imports suddenly ceased to exist, how would we make up that 8 MILLION barrel per day production shortfall, INDEPENDENTLY, "free from outside control".
