If this is an open question, then no. He plea bargained down to lesser charges and took a deal.
The maximum is ten years.

If that's the case, then the FBI-paid instigators there need to be charged for an insurrection, and so does the part of the FBI that helped organize the violence on January 6th.

The problem is that the FBI is extremely corrupt, and can't be trusted as a law enforcement agency. It's being used like the Gestapo and KGB were used. The FBI in 2021 is the equivalent of the KGB or Gestapo during their relevant regimes' power.

Nope. I just don't give a sh*t. I'm way more worried about our economy and the logistics of resources that's becoming horrible. I don't know what people are concentrating on if it's not our supply system that feeds us. Products just aren't being made or shipped, there's huge delays, it's getting worse, the prices on everything are skyrocketing. Biden is president right now. It's his job to protect the people, but our border is wide open and obliterating records for illegal crossings, and it's becoming harder and harder to afford life and even find stuff to buy, in some cases.

Nothing is going to matter if food shortages start happening. The shutdowns have impacted food production for years to come. One of the big worries is the shut down of a lot of fertilizer plants. So, I just don't understand why people prioritize their worries in the fashion they do, sometimes.
