This place sucks after 9 O''clock West time!

My mental health is fukked up right now. At least I know it, but I don't know what to do next.
The key for me is to stay busy. Easy to say, hard to do. It saps my energy but at the same time I feel better if I’m busy. It’s a catch 22. I had to stop smoking the devils lettuce with my injury because coughing is an absolute nightmare with broken ribs. I feel better in some ways without it, but worse in others.
 
I made an appointment with a psychologist. I think all they’re going to do is prescribe me a bunch of pills that will steal the fire I have inside, which I won’t take, but I’m going to see if it helps to talk to the lady. Plus she’s hot as fvck. It’s not a bad thing to get help from someone and admit that you may need a little help getting your mind back on track.
