That’s not even a real speech, but all those things were true at the time, and still is. The reason this video is significant is because we all wish there was a news person who would just tell us the truth. There was no proof of WMD's or that Hussein funded 9/11. So, why the helll did we invade Iraq? And why didn't we go after Saudi Arabia who did fund 9/11? Yes, I think 8 months is long enough to find out if Iraq actually had WMD's.
