These home inspections are going to be the death of me... Fixed 95% of the things in the book of issues from the last inspection. Gets inspected again for another buyer and I get a book of completely different issues... They are treating this house like it was built yesterday not 20 years ago.

At least all the repairs I did passed...

Plus now I have to have the roof replaced(which passed the last inspection) for $7k...

I go to pay a bill that has a minimum monthly interest payment and I pay more than that as per normal. I ask them what the minimum payment is and they give me, again, a different amount. I ask them how they always give me one amount and then on the day I pay, they give me a different amount? His response was that "their math isn't exact".......... huh? Math isn't exact????
The interest is 12.5%. Their math isn't exact. $500 owed, the minimum payment is 12.5%. How much is the minimum payment? $62.50. How hard was that?

I played JC ball in Arizona. I remember some of our team going across the border in Douglas when we played Cochise for 25 cent Corona's and doing lines. I didn't go with them.

That mine is in bisbee. Sierra vista is where Ft. Huachuca military base is. Tombstone, douglas and bisbee are the other towns south and east of Sierra vista. Sierra vista is where Cochise college is, as it’s the larger town up there.
