The Saturn: Can't stop there. (Dual 18's upgrade)

Cool cool, my buddy had some SSD's and I was very impressed with them, you should like them. ***** about not having anything to compete with though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

He actually got (I believe) a 148 @ 34Hz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif just running the pair off of a SAZ1500...walmart battery upfront, no battery in the rear, car on, sealed up, etc...If that was accurate Im pretty impressed but it's been a while (it was with a 96 Saturn SC2, all trunk...subs up, port back)

Is this getting ported through the rear deck?
Yep //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif...big ol' port in the rear window, down the road it'll actually be one solid surface rather than it just poking through the rear deck.

Yea, that was one thought but it wouldve been a good deal more complicated and the rear window wouldve probably had to have come out for the install itself...now the rear window wont need to come out for anything except maybe finishing touches to get the rear deck one smooth, solid surface I may be pulling the rear window and reinstalling it when im done with that. And thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Don't mean to thread jack but how long do you think my stock alt will last off of an HK4000D with two HC2400s?
Drew
as long as it would without,

I totally forgot that you have a stock alternator. Then I should be good to add that second HK4000D when I pick up my other sub.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif
