New build ~ 12" PSI platform 3 2500rms OR Sundown Nightshade v.3 2500rms

Just want to say hello to everyone. Im new here and this is my first post.

I have a rookie setup right now. Its a single 12" Kicker L7 Q class, prefab ported box and an MB Quarts 1000 monoblock. Im looking to move up to the big boys scene and im doing my pre-purchacing homework. I have alot of questions actually. I either want to do a 2-12" or a 1-15" setup. I was either going to go with 2-12" Sundown Audio Nightshade v.3 2500rms OR 1-15" Team Sundown 5000rms. Then i seen that PSI offers their 12" PSI platform 3 2500rms for about half the price of the 12" Sundown Audio Nightshade v.3 2500rms. So my first question is, Does anyone know why one is priced at half than the other for the same 2500rms? is it quality? If someone can wrap my head around that first, i would appreciate it. First off wrong section. To answer your question though sundown has loads of custom tooled parts not found on other sub's. The psi has rather generic parts.sundowns basket custom tooled, psi generic, sundowns motor is custom tooled psi is generic looking. The sundown has custom built spiders, surrounds, coils etc etc. This isn't to say that psi is crap just that sundown is in a league of its own. The sundown motor has multiple sleeves that can be used for different applications. The psi is what you see is what you get with everything but soft parts, coils, cones, spiders. If you have the money I would do the nightshades hands down.
