Mounting amp's on sub box

So ive just finished building my first enclosure, and its a really tight fit in my trunk. Is it safe to mount two amplifiers on the sub box? like on the top or on the sides? Will the bass rattle the insides of the amps or will it be fine?

I was thinking of making small square mounts and gluing them onto the box and then screwing the amps onto them so im not drilling into the box.

Also is it safe to mount amps vertically? does the heat still escape from the amp properly?

Thanks in advanced.

I've mounted an amp to a box doing 153db's and had no problems. It was a DD as well, and those are very sensitive to vibrations.
Fair enough ive just got one type R 12 so i guess im good lol

Cheers bro

just like everyone else said you will be fine. you will want to change your amps far before they will rattle apart, like everyone else in this hobby
