MB Quart -- Reliable amps?

I have heard a good number of problem reports with MB Quart amplifiers, but this could simply be due to the reason that the brand is so popular. Personally, I would prefer PPI more for budget installation, but there is no reason to believe that they're more reliable than MB Quart. I just like the features of PPI amps more.

I've run a set of the Reference series (1.800 and 4.80). Excellent amplifiers for the money but, they are now discontinued and kinda hard to find. The 4 channel sounds awesome on good comps.

That Sony XM-GS amp should be a good choice for you. I’ve read a lot of good things about it. And, for the price, looks like you can’t beat it.
